Arab inmates assaulted Tal Yinon Dardik, a resident of Kfar Tapuach in Benjamin, recently rearrested for allegedly violating an administrative restriction order issued by Central Command GOC Avi Bluth, on Rosh Hashanah. They attacked him in the prison yard, beat him, and cut his head while shouting “settler,” “we’ll liquidate you,” and “you are harming Al-Aqsa.”
The attackers, Muhalal Agbaria of Jaljulia and Ibrahim Gurban of Jisr az-Zarqa, are both held pending trial for prior violent crimes. Police treat the assault as nationalist and extended their detention.
Dardik received medical care and was moved to another prison.
