Roughly 150 people joined a morning hike organized by the veteran group Hargavim on Sela Ridge, where Benayahu Melet hy”d and Yuval Ezra hy”d were killed the previous Friday. The group has walked this route many times before.
This week’s outing carried an added message: Jews will continue hiking throughout the land despite enemy efforts to confine them within settlement fences.
If the army regards open-area hiking as dangerous, it must remove the danger at once and neutralize the threat so that the people of Israel can move freely as free citizens in their own country.
