Small Legal Victory: The Military Appeals Committee for the Judea and Samaria area has accepted the appeal filed by Tal Dardik against the administrative order imposed by Major General Bluth. In a significant setback for Bluth, the Committee ruled that Dardik cannot be ordered to stay at his mother-in-law’s home.
Attorney Moshe Polsky of Honenu stated: “Just as we argued from the outset, the order is impracticable — the court ruled that it cannot remain in its current form.”
