Dardik to the Shin Bet and the Ministry of Defense over the publications against him: Apologize or I will sue you!👆🏽
Tal Yinon Dardik, who is being held for violating an administrative order signed by Central Command Commander Maj. Gen. Avi Bluth and who has already been on a hunger strike for 32 days, is launching a campaign to clear his name following defamatory publications issued against him.
Through his attorney, Menashe Yado, Dardik sent a pre-lawsuit warning letter stating: “The defamation is baseless – it is regrettable that someone chose to stoop so low in order to justify an administrative order that has no validity.”
