The Invaders Who Became Petitioners: The Unbelievable Story Threatening to Destroy Kfar Tarfon

Kfar Tarfon is an Israeli farming outpost located near the Arab village of Atara in Area B in the western Binyamin region.
Arabs who illegally occupied a historical site dating back to the Second Temple period were evacuated, only to return to the scene of their crime. They then petitioned Israel’s High Court of Justice. They demanded that it order the state to provide security for their criminal activities and evacuate the nearby Jewish hilltop.
Instead of bringing them to justice, the High Court accepted their claims, and the state rushed to carry them out.
This is the theatre of the absurd currently unfolding above the pioneering Jewish settlement in the Binyamin region.
