Central Command General Avi Bluth has been criticized recently for his handling of a newly married “hilltop youth” (M.) under an administrative restriction order. M. requested permission to leave house arrest to attend his own Sheva Brachot at his in-laws’ home.
Bluth approved the request only under extremely restrictive conditions: A total of six hours including travel and police check-ins, constant supervision by his father and wife, and a pre-submitted, lawyer-signed affidavit committing the family to monitor him: Pure harassment with no genuine security justification!
Further investigation reveals that even this limited permission was granted only by a military court after M. appealed Bluth’s refusal. Bluth himself had barred the groom from attending his own wedding celebration, labeling him a “danger to the public”—a term equated with living beyond the Oslo Accords lines.
M. calls Bluth out for sadistic abuse directed at Jewish pioneers in the territories.
