Persistence and Faith Have Triumphed! From Hilltop to Recognized Community (see picture above)
Three years after the murder of Nachman Mordoff and Harel Masoud in the Eli terror attack, activists founded the Netzach Harel Farm along Route 449. Led by Malkiel Shmulevich, the pioneer group established this strategic hilltop outpost despite repeated government demolitions, local security challenges, and physical attacks.
Through years of persistence, the residents cleared the surrounding hostile Bedouin outposts and fully reclaimed the area for Jewish shepherds.
Six months after receiving initial state authorization, the farm was officially recognized as a permanent settlement in a government ceremony—proving that dedicated outposts can ultimately grow into permanent Israeli communities!
